By ordering or using LukoDesigns services you agree to these Terms of Service If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
We design and configure Discord servers, including roles, channels, bots, and visuals. Scope and deliverables are confirmed per order before work begins.
Payment
Full payment is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.
Revisions
Each package includes minor revisions during the build period. Major scope changes after delivery may incur additional fees.
Refunds
Because our work is custom, refunds are only issued if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope. Contact us to resolve any issues.
Liability
LukoDesigns is not liable for actions taken by third-party bots, Discord platform changes, or community moderation outcomes after handoff.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
